The Interior Design program at Bellevue Community College offers a broadly-based and professionally relevant curriculum that leads to a three year degree: The Associate of Arts in Interior Design, accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation. This site is intended to answer questions for new and prospective students and serve as an advising guide for continuing students.
Admissions

Bellevue Community College has an open-door policy, and all interested students are eligible and invited to apply. There is no pre-screening or portfolio review during initial admission, and new students need only to comply with BCC’s basic eligibility requirements.

Advising

Advising orientations are held once a week in room L113 of the main BCC campus during the regular school year. No appointment is necessary, but we do strongly encourage anyone interested in finding out more about our program to attend one of these group advising sessions before contacting us about individual advising. You'll have a chance to meet one of our full-time faculty members, discuss career and educational options, and find out what makes our program so special.

For dates and times of upcoming advising orientation sessions, and for general information about the Interior Design program, please call the Arts & Humanities Division office at (425) 564-2341. The staff can also put you in touch with our curriculum advisor and schedule advising appointments.
