Sophomore Marissa Bower was named to the All-Northern Region First Team, after leading bellevue with 14.9 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks per game in 2008

BCC post player Marissa Bower was honored as All-Conference performers in 2008 by the Northern Region coaches.

Bower, who was named to the All-Tournament Second Team in 2007, led Bellevue with 14.9 points, 9 rebounds, and 2.6 blocked shots per game this season. In recognition for her efforts in helping Bellevue to a second place regional finish, Marissa was honored with a spot on the All-Region First Team.

Marissa Bower was a member of Bellevue's most successful women's team in history her freshman year, helping the Bulldogs to a runner-up finish at the 2007 NWAACC Championships, and a best ever 25-6 record.

This season she helped continue Bellevue's resurgence, leading her team to a second place finish in the Northern Region, and an 18-13 overall record.
