About Our Students

As the third largest institution of higher learning in Washington State, we serve more than 39,000 students per year, and send more transfer students to bachelor's degree-granting institutions than any of the state's 34 community and technical colleges. BCC's transfer graduates perform as well at four-year colleges as those who started as freshman at the four-year schools.

BCC's professional and technical program graduates earn a median hourly wage of $18.00, well above the community college system average of $12.89.

57 percent of our graduates earn more than $30,000 per year.
