Career-Related curriculum
and assignments
Our Center for Career Connections consultants can assist you in developing curriculum and assignments that utilize
the career planning and job-search resources that are most useful for students. Here are some sample
topic areas for curriculum and assignments:
- Using Choices Planner or Discover to explore career directions
- Using WOIS to research job types and careers related to your major
- Using the CONNECT! web system to research current job openings and internships posted by local employers specifically to recruit BCC students and alumni
- Participating in a mock interview
- Meeting individually with a Career Consultant to begin a career plan
- Participating in a (free) workshop on career-related topics
