Certificate of Achievement Graduation Application
You must register for graduation in Web Registration or at the Student Service Center by using item number GRD1 if this is your first application (use GRD2 for the second application, and GRD3 for the third, etc.). You also need to pay the processing fee for each application via the web or at the Cashier's Office. Both of these steps must be completed before this application will be considered.
This application must be submitted prior to the deadline listed below for the quarter you expect to graduate.

You may mail it to: Evaluations Office, Bellevue Community College, 3000 Landerholm Circle SE, Bellevue, WA 98007, or submit it in person at the Student Services Center located in the Student Services Building.

You may elect to graduate under the provisions of the official catalog in force either at the time you first entered the program OR at the time that you apply to graduate, providing five (5) years have not lapsed and you have remained continuously enrolled in the program.
Submit Related Documentation: 1. You are strongly advised to meet with your program chair to review your coursework for completing the degree. Submit a copy of the Degree Completion Worksheet reviewed and signed by the program chair so that your graduation evaluation can be completed. 2. To apply any substitute courses toward your degree, you must submit documentation or a copy of the Degree Completion Worksheet which lists the approved courses and signed by your program chair.
