Payment Information

Payment of your tuition and fees are due 7 days from the first day you register for classes OR by the first day of the quarter whichever comes first. If you register on or after the first day of the quarter, payment is due immediately. Check the Academic Calendar for exact dates and deadlines.You can pay online or in-person.


Paying In Person

Come to the BCC Cashier’s Office in Building B—first floor. The hours below are only for the Cashier's Office.


Fall-Spring Quarter Hours

Monday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesdays - 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesdays - 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursdays - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fridays - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

* December 15 - January 2: Cashier's Office will close at 4:30 p.m

 

First week of the quarter:

Monday-Thursday — 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

 


Summer Quarter Hours

Monday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesdays - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursdays - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fridays - 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

First week of the quarter:

Monday-Thursday — 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday — 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

 


Paying Online

You may login to web registration to pay for tuition, fees and textbooks using your Visa or MasterCard. Procedures for logging in and paying online are outlined in the How Web Registration Works section.

 

Not Paying

If you have not paid by the designated deadline, the college may drop you from some or all of your classes. If you are dropped from classes for non-payment, the college will notify you in writing and via e-mail. A withdrawal fee will be charged and must be paid if you have ever been dropped for non-payment in the past.
