This site provides a wealth of resources for those working with VB.net. You can browse by programming topic (which leads you to a fantastic list of web links), use their VB glossary, and research what's new with VB.

Web Developer's Virtual Library
This site contains information on web development and programming languages. The "design" and "graphics" sections likely aren't relevant to programmers, but it is always a good idea to consider the big picture when programming.
