"The ACCU is a non-profit organisation devoted to professionalism in programming at all
levels. Although primarily focussed on C and C++, we also have interests in Java, C#

Programming
This site from the Internet Public Library provides annotated links from websites with
information on programming languages such as APL, JavaScript, Perl, Visual Basic, C++ and
many other languages.
Programming Tutorials
This site contains "300 programming language tutorials, lessons, and how-to's." Tutorials
are grouped by programming language and the site also has online forums where you can
chat with other programmers.
VB.com
This site provides a wealth of resources for those working with VB.net. You can browse
by programming topic (which leads you to a fantastic list of web links), use their VB
glossary, and research what's new with VB.
Web Developer's Virtual Library
This site contains information on web development and programming languages. The "design" and
"graphics" sections likely aren't relevant to programmers, but it is always a good idea
to consider the big picture when programming.
