BCC Parent Education advisory board presents Jan Faull on how to cope with angry children

BELLEVUE, WASH. – Coping with angry kids? Come to Bellevue Community College at 7 p.m. April 4 and learn from nationally-known parent educator Jan Faull how to coach children to express their emotions in healthy ways.

 

Entitled "Managing Anger Between Parents and Children," Faull’s presentation will take place in Carlson Theatre on the college’s main campus (3000 Landerholm Circle S.E., Bellevue, at the intersection of S.E. 28th St. and 148th Ave. S.E.).

Author of the book, Unplugging Power Struggles: Resolving Emotional Battles with Your Kids,” Faull has been a parent educator for more than 25 years.

 

Her April 4 lecture is sponsored by Bellevue Community College’s Parent Education Program Parent Advisory Committee.

 

BCC’s Parent Education program offers classes for parents and children together in a fun, nurturing environment. Learning focuses on nutrition, health, safety, family relationships, development milestones, time management, child guidance, and the physical, emotional, social and environmental needs of children. Classes are offered for parents of infants, pre-toddlers, toddlers and preschool-age.
