The Real Estate Industry deals with land and the structures on it. As a real estate professional, you can find oppportunities in property management, appraisal, finance or sales/leasing. You can even specialize in residential, commercial or undeveloped properties. BCC's Real Estate Program offers one of the most comprehensive and well-respected programs in Washington State. Pursue an associate degree or take classes through BCC Continuing Education for advancing your career if you are already a professional in the field.
BCC offers an Associate in Arts in Real Estate and other certificates in specialities including residential practices, appraisal, mortgage finance, title insurance, or escrow. You can earn qualified Washignton State clock hours through BCC's Continuing Education program. These non-degree workshops and classes are available in a variety of industry-related subjects.
