General Information Regarding Applications to the Radiation Therapy and Imaging Programs


  • This information applies to applicants to the following programs:
        a. Radiologic Technology
        b. Radiation Therapy
        c. Diagnostic Ultrasound
        d. Nuclear Medicine Technology

  • The application packet that you receive will include:
    1. An application to the Imaging Sciences programs
    2. An application to Bellevue Community College
    3. A checklist for what to include with your application

  • There is a $40 fee for application to these programs.  This fee is nonrefundable.  Your application MUST include a check or money order (do not include cash or credit card information), or else your application will not be processed.

  • If you are applying to more than one program, please indicate all of the programs you are interested in by checking the appropriate boxes on the Imaging Sciences application form.  One $40 fee covers all of the programs that you are applying for in a single mailing.  If you separately submit a second application for a different program, you will need to pay another $40 fee.  You should include separate personal statements for each program that you are applying for.

  • Please complete the BCC application if you are not already a BCC student.  Do NOT complete a BCC application on-line; if you do, you will be charged the college’s application fee in addition to the $40 Imaging Sciences application fee.

  • Note that several of the programs have additional requirements that are separately listed on the enclosed checklist.

  • Send the application with the fee and your transcripts to:

    The various programs have different closure dates for their application periods.  It is your responsibility to see that your application is in the Imaging Science office (A251) before that date.
