On the right, students will find all the forms they need to successfully formalize their service, keep track of their hours, and share their views of service with us before and after completing their project.  Faculty will be able to download the form that allows them to receive support from the Serve, Learn, and Lead Program.  Community Partners will also find all they need to keep us informed about opportunities for service learners at their organizations. 

There are also information sheets available for download.  These sheets describe service learning and explain the benefits of participating in service learning for all parties involved.  They also talk about responsibilities.
