Early Learning,
Family and Childcare Center (ELFCC) offers an innovative
model for combining family learning and quality childcare.
This new Center provides daycare for infants, toddlers and
preschoolersas well as provides classroom space for BCC Parent
Education and Early Childhood Education. The facility features
22,000 sqf of spaceand a unique layout for enhanced security
and safety. The Center provides families with resources and
services including an on-site family advocate, placement for
low-income families through Head Start services and family
classes.
